There are a tone of apps that have guided workouts for as little as 3minutes and a lot of videos on YouTube made by professionals so there is no excuse for not committing to a workout. In the long run, moving your body on a regular basis has a huge impact on your overall health.
Self-care encompasses a lot of wellness areas such as stress relief, fitness, finding life-balance, health, relationships and more. Sleep, diet, exercise and drinking water at the most basic habits that you can practice to incorporate self-care into your life. As cliché as they may seem, they will go a long way in ensuring you are the best version of yourself.
